In order to establish your account with our company, an initial setup fee is required. This fee is nonrefundable and covers inspection, assessment, and administrative expenses.
Monthly Management Fee:
Our monthly property management fee is determined by a fixed rate for family homes and commercial properties, and a percentage of the monthly rent for rental properties. Please choose a service package that best fits your requirements. To sign up for a package, please select one of our service options.
